Character Personality:
Roxas is a very helpful person who enjoys helping those who need it whether it be to fix something broken or carry some things in when a person is over loaded with items. To many people he is very kind and seems to be smiling always, but Roxas does have a tendency to mask how he really is feeling.
He is a person who doesn’t trust others well, but tries to look at the good side of them. Sometimes he can seem moody or cold, but it’s usually because he’s remembering something from his past or just simply wasn’t in the mood to be the ever smiles Roxas. He has had a rough past and tries to push it away as often as he can.
When it comes to actually taking blood from people he really dislikes it, but tries his best to make it as painless as possible. He doesn’t take well to those he finds out are Vampire Hunters and tries to keep as lay low as possible. The few people he does trust are basically his room mate and human friend Sora, though a few others as well.
Despite his sometimes moody attitude, Roxas truly does care for those around him and would do whatever he could to keep them safe. He is very protective of those he consider friends and family.
Character Description:
Roxas is a young man around the age of seventeen and standing about 5’6”. His blonde hair styled in the oddest manor and his bright blue eyes are what catch people’s attention right away. Because his eyes tend to glow a bit too bright due to his vampiric status he normally wears colored contacts when in the public. When at home he wears a pair of half rimmed pink glasses; though he hates them most of the time.
Punkish styled clothes are normally what adorn Roxas’ body with a strange checkered theme. At least that’s what he wears when it comes to trying to be human. When he is out hunting he tends to wear a heavy black leathered cloak that covers his face in shadows. The one thing he always wears though is a strange x-shaped pendant that acts as a zipper on his vest during the day and a necklace any other time.
Even though Roxas has two main outfits he wears he can also be caught wearing other outfits of either similar styles or even just simple pajamas with little chocobos on them.
Another item Roxas tends to keep with him is that of a strange set of key shaped keychain trinkets. But instead of being regular keychains, Roxas is able to use one of them to summon a different type of key shaped sword when in battle. He doesn’t use this weapon much, but is capable to wield two of them and both tend to work well with his magical abilities. Roxas’ favorites tend to be either a small fiery red one, a cute little white one, or a devilish looking black one.
Character Bio/History:
Roxas has very little memories of his childhood, whether from his first case of amnesia or his own mind forcing them away. Either way the further Roxas’ mind will go back is to the first time he was taken in by a strange man named Xeroz. The man ended up being the young master of a large manor on the edge of The World That Never Was. Xeroz was a vampire much like Roxas and lived alone at this manor. He had come across Roxas when he was around six and took him in.
For the next six years of his life Roxas lived with Xeroz where he was taught how to use both his elemental and vampiric skills, but also that of the scholar type lessons. During his time with Xeroz, Roxas was greatly isolated from others except during the few times Xeroz would take him with to get groceries and the like. Still those few times gave him a glimpse at the outside world and made him yearn to belong to it. Sadly, Xeroz would never allow him to venture outside the Manor’s grounds without him in tow. But because Roxas looked up to the man like a father he never disobeyed him.
Sadly one day when Xeroz had gone out for the evening, Roxas had noted he had not returned. It was only two hours before dawn and many hours after the man had left that Roxas gained enough courage to leave the Manor and try searching for him. What he found wasn’t pleasant; drunken Hunters.
Roxas became an easy target quickly for the drunken men and even with his little training with his Keyblades (a gift from Xeroz) he was quickly brought down in a quick defeat, but instead of slaying him like normal hunters they had thought they would have some more perverse fun with the blonde. It was just as one of them had tried to undress him that Xeroz appeared. The man, in Roxas’ eyes, looked furious and attacked the Hunters without pause.
When the men were long dead Xeroz had gathered Roxas up and began their trek home quietly. It was during their journey back home when a more powerful hunter surprised them. Much of the entire sequence of attacks are much of a blur in Roxas’ mind and the most he remembers is being frighten and watching his fatherly figure dying before him as the man made sure Roxas was safe, the other hunter dead nearby.
Since Xeroz death Roxas spent much of the next four or so years living alone in the manor, training both body and mind. Of course he ventured out to the town, only after his first time coming close to going insane due to not drinking. It was nearly a year after Xeroz death that he finally gave in and tried to blend in with the humans around him. He began to be known as a helpful boy and even acquired a small job delivering packages and letters with his skateboard.
It wasn’t until he met a boy similar in looks to him that he fully began to break through the cold shell he had created when Xeroz had died. This boy, Sora, quickly became his friend and didn’t even care that Roxas was a vampire. It was because of this that Roxas found himself getting out more and enjoying the company of many other people the brunet friend of his hung out with. It was recently that they finally decided to live together in an apartment in The World That Never Was.
Even though he has finally grew to go out in the world again, Roxas still tends to visit the old Manor to get away from the humans and hunters and just simply sit down and read. But he is still learning to get over the tragic death of his father like figure and with Sora as his friend he thinks he’ll be able to do that even quicker than before.
